  • Técnico de Métodos Industriais e Integração Location: This position is on-site at our São Bernardo do Campo unit.
  • SummaryThis role provides support for Methods activities, depending on the area of focus: Part of the integration and testing of a product or system, with assistance from the specialized 'product' Architect and the industrialization batch manager; For process implementation, with support from the Flow Architect, after series production of products.
  • The technician implements test and integration plans and procedures, contributes to defining and maintaining applicable standards (ranges, tools), and supports operational teams in first-level maintenance and real-time interventions during plant shifts.
  • Main ResponsibilitiesContribute to defining, implementing, preparing, and optimizing processes and tools for production and systems; Ensure compliance with HSE regulations (Health, Safety, Environment); Develop test and control plans for production equipment and related resources (programs, benches, interfaces); Collaborate with Product Support Managers to capitalize on and feedback from production lines, aiming to improve productivity and continuous improvement; Participate in obsolescence management and initiate necessary actions with involved functions; Ensure implementation and monitoring of industrial and system processes and procedures; Contribute to defining and maintaining applicable standards (ranges, tools); Provide real-time technical industrial support internally (to APRU) and externally (to suppliers).
  • QualificationsSignificant experience in the industrial field with autonomous yet controlled work; Theoretical knowledge of implemented technologies; Knowledge of production and repair processes; Understanding of products and their manufacturing or repair processes; Knowledge of inventory management and flow management methodologies; Practical problem analysis and resolution techniques; Familiarity with production tools; Proficiency in English; Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
