  • **Purpose**The Information Technology Analyst Sr.
  • will provide daily leadership in Application Maintenance Services, providing mentorship and being the first point of contact for Business Partners, having exposure to IT and Business senior leaders.
  • This position will lead status and remediation actions in case of any issue affecting Business Solutions operation under responsibility of LATAM Commercial Team, mainly focused on Customer and Sales, Data & Analytics and Digital solutions.
  • **Key Responsibilities**:- IT Services Management governance- IT Change Management- Release Management- Continuous Improvement- Manage Agile teams (Scrum and KANBAN).
  • The analyst will work for providing reliable and high-quality support services and solutions, with strong focus on innovation, experimentation, and intelligent automation.
  • Driving tickets volume reduction, IT self-service, more agility, flexibility, better quality, and cost reduction.
  • This person requires a technical background, mainly related to ITIL, Agile and DevOps frameworks and Cloud Computing.
  • This background will be essential to promote problem solving, challenge the status quo, deliver innovation, and resolve how to best support the business through the effective use of technology.
  • Although the position has focus on support, it is considered a strong solution partner for the business, proposing new and better ways of working that can change support services from a ticket based model to a digital first experience, using several Data and Analytics and Automation solutions to drive the organizational change.
  • This person will manage IT Services for all LATAM countries in a global company, being exposed to:- Three languages (Portuguese, Spanish and English)- Several different cultures and experiences- A diverse, equity, and inclusive environment**Qualificações**Education**:- Bachelor''s Degree**Required**:- A minimum of 3 years in roles Application Maintenance Services- Manage Agile teams (Scrum, SAFe and KANBAN)- Required a technical background, mainly related to ITIL, Agile and DevOps frameworks and Cloud Computing.
