O que você irá fazer

  • This role will oversee the implementation, customization, and optimization of Datasul ERP across various functional areas, including Finance, Logistics, Manufacturing and Supply Chain.
  • The Lead will also be responsible for managing vendor relationships, ensuring solution governance, and maintaining seamless communication between business stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners.

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and customize Datasul ERP to meet organizational needs.
  • Oversee system configuration, testing, and deployment to various sites to ensure optimal performance and alignment with business objectives.
  • Drive process improvements using Datasul ERP capabilities, leveraging the platform to increase operational efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Vendor Coordination & Management: Act as the primary point of contact for external Datasul ERP vendors, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Negotiate contracts, SLA terms, and service agreements with third-party vendors.
  • Manage vendor relationships to ensure that the service level agreements (SLAs) and performance expectations are met or exceeded.
  • Collaborate with vendors on software upgrades, patches, and new functionalities to stay ahead of the latest features.
  • Solution Governance: Define and enforce best practices for Datasul ERP usage across the organization, ensuring consistent standards in development, deployment, and maintenance.
  • Develop and implement governance policies and procedures related to the use and security of Datasul ERP systems.
  • Conduct regular audits of ERP systems to ensure compliance with internal and external standards and regulations.
  • Establish and maintain proper change management procedures and review protocols for modifications to the ERP system.
  • Team Leadership & Collaboration: Lead a team of ERP specialists and administrators, providing guidance, mentoring, and professional development opportunities.
  • Foster a collaborative environment between IT, business units, and external vendors to address issues and achieve business goals.
  • Provide leadership during troubleshooting and resolution of critical ERP system issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Manage cross-functional projects to ensure the successful rollout of new ERP capabilities.
  • Continuous Improvement & Optimization: Identify opportunities to optimize ERP processes and functionality, working with stakeholders to implement enhancements.
  • Stay informed on emerging trends and updates related to Datasul ERP and other ERP solutions to recommend best practices and innovations.
  • Analyze business feedback, system performance, and user experience to guide ongoing improvements to the ERP solution.
  • Job Specifications: Required experience, skills, professional attributes and qualities include the following: Education: Bachelors degree in Information technology, Computer Science or related discipline.
  • Work Experience: 12+ years of experience in ERP implementations, support, or consulting with a focus on Datasul ERP.
  • 3+ years of experience in a leadership or managerial role overseeing ERP implementation and support teams.
  • Strong technical understanding of Datasul ERP architecture, modules (Financials, Logistics, Procurement, HR, Manufacturing), and integrations with other systems.
  • Proven experience in managing vendor relationships and coordinating external resources.
  • Experience with solution governance and implementing best practices in ERP management.
  • In-depth knowledge of business processes and workflows in Finance, Supply Chain, HR and Manufacturing.
  • Familiarity with ERP development, customization, and integrations (API, third-party tools), Datasul Fluig platform.
