  • **Descrição do emprego**:**Contribute to the implementation and maintenance of Eurofins IT tools in country/division, including eLIMS, ComLIMS, CRM, EOL, Bookmaster and Legacy systems.
  • ****The implementation of IT systems in division laboratories will mostly but not exclusively consists in actively contribute and manage the progressive LIMS implementation in close collaboration with the laboratory personnel.
  • ****SPECIFIC ASSIGNMENTS**:- Responsible of setting up eLIMS under the guidance and technical support of the central team, configure LIMS modules in a way to best fit to the process while avoiding specific development.
  • - Work closely with the Key Users and the group resources (Process Engineering Group and Central BA) involved in the deployment project to steer the process changes- Ensure that each Key User elaborates for each process a Working Instruction explaining How to use eLIMS or Legacy system in most common use cases- Configuration and customization of eLIMS Modules- Providing a local presence at the division sites (occasional travelling required)- Preparation of technical documentation and functional design specifications based on end user requirements following Eurofins standards- Preparation of LIMS instrument interconnection scripts, handle the link between eLIMS and new analytical equipment by designing a specific template of the electronic laboratory notebook (Bookmaster).
  • - Specification and design of new laboratory reports- Test and pre-qualification of new releases- Preparation and execution of key user training- Preparation of Electronic Data Transfer (EDT) scripts (Electronic exchange of orders and results with our customers)- Follow company guidelines for bug tracking and release management- Provide data analysis and reporting service to the laboratory management- Contribute to the international IT solutions teambuilding and collaboration by sharing experiences and presenting local implementations upon request- Document and share acquired knowledge within the team- Setup of local reports on Microsoft Reporting Services SRRS.
  • - Manage tickets and project schedule of local accounting and legacy systems.
  • - Develop or provide maintenance in middleware software between LIMS systems and laboratory equipment.
  • **PERFORMANCE APPRAISAL CRITERIA**:- Number of closed tickets,- Response time,- Technical knowledge,Internal client satisfaction.
  • **OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES**:- Present attitudes consistent with Eurofins'' values - see website or Integration Manual; - Respect the QHSE requirements with regard to the areas of activity:- Food and Environment Division: ABNT NBR ISO/IEC 17025, ABNT NBR ISO 14001 and BS OHSAS 18001.
  • - Clinical Division (Diagnostic Medicine): PALC, LGPD, ANVISA and ABNT NBR ISO/IEC 9001.
  • - Agroscience Division: GLP standards.
  • - Commitment to continuous improvement, development of the quality, health, environment and safety management system in the organization and the aspects/impacts and hazards/risks of its activities.
