Absolutely!What youll learn & achieve:**Solution Support Engineer / System Engineer is a 100% remote position!****Responsibilities**:- Monitoring & Reporting of critical Applications in SaaS customer facing environments- Provides Technical support to Development, QA, Customer Support & Implementation staff.
  • - Available for On-Call schedule, maintenance windows & Production support.
  • - Performs QA validation in Production environment after maintenance activities and communicate results back to the stakeholders- Application configuration, upgrades and maintenance, SSO implementations including technical calls with Customers- Automate release deployments and other maintenance activities to gain efficiency and standardization- Provides Tier II support to Customer support & Implementation teams for Customer escalations- Coordinate with Security, Systems and Database groups for Disaster Recovery test as per company''s policy.
  • - Collect and analyze information regarding technology processes and systems.
  • - Create deployment pipelines using Azure DevOps/Github ActionsWhat makes you a great fit:**Required**- Working knowledge of PowerShell scripting- Experience with Active Directory, DNS, Web certs/SSL, IIS, Application Load Balancers- Experience in Azure monitoring, alerting, diagnostics- Strong logical and problem-solving skills- Strong collaboration, communication, and teamwork skills- English proficiency: Ability to carry out verbal and written business communication; take part and contribute to group meetings / design reviews etc.
