Responsibilities Support the execution and control of routines related to accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
Enter and monitor financial transactions in management systems (ERP).
Assist in preparing and controlling management reports and financial indicators.
Support cash flow management and financial planning.
Organize and maintain accounting and fiscal documents.
Assist with audits and accountability processes.
Interface with suppliers and clients regarding financial and administrative matters.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure process efficiency and alignment.
Requirements Complete or ongoing studies in Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields.
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (formulas, charts, pivot tables).
Basic knowledge of accounting and financial routines.
Familiarity with ERP systems.
Desirable: knowledge of bank reconciliation, cash flow, and financial reports.
