  • Responsibilities The Opportunity Unlock Agro sustainable value chain through technology, innovation, and powerful partnerships.
  • Data as a driver.
  • Your Impact As Agro Business Engagement Leader, your scope would include: Lead sector and category-based prioritization of activation plans across all directs and indirects based on risks, volumes, acres, opportunities including annual gap analysis and action planning.
  • Provide risk analysis tools and resources to understand upcoming environmental and social risks to supply chains and suggest mitigation strategies.
  • Support Latam OUs in defining the positive agriculture strategy, including project management of supplier-managed projects, scoping, designing, and managing supply shed work.
  • Assist with glidepath processes and ensure they are completed correctly.
  • Map potential partnerships (sector | global), prioritize them according to their contribution to FLAG, non-FLAG targets, and removal.
  • Integrate best practices across key agro commodities.
  • Identify new technologies that can scale the positive impact of projects.
  • Maintain an up-to-date list of key sourced ingredients with procurement-provided details.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with local stakeholders, including CSO, Sector Office of Sustainability, procurement, and Agro leads.
  • Be knowledgeable about all aspects of the Positive Agriculture agenda to serve as a credible first point of contact.
  • Implement and lead robust agro governance for Latam.
  • Qualifications Who Are We Looking For? Engineering or Agro Degree.
  • Knowledge of PepsiCo's global agriculture guidelines and supply chains for key commodities in Latin America and globally.
  • Over 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in English is mandatory; Portuguese is desired.
  • Project Management experience.
