  • Youll be the face of EF Academy for our regional agent networkand your success will directly shape our student body and global reach.

  • We need someone who knows how to build momentum, engage the right partners, and drive the full enrollment funnelfrom agent engagement to student onboarding.
  • Strong relationships and commercial urgency go hand-in-hand in this role.
  • What Youll DriveAgent Growth & Partnership ManagementSign and onboard new high-potential agent partnersStrengthen and grow existing agent relationshipsLead impactful trainings and familiarization eventsDeploy region-specific marketing and admissions materialsManage the full funnel from agent outreach to student enrollmentGuide agents and families through application, qualification, and admissionsTrack conversion metrics and address blockers proactivelyEnsure all student referrals are vetted and application-readyMonitor regional trends, competitor moves, and pricing strategiesIdentify high-opportunity markets and agent opportunitiesShare insights to shape EF Academys positioning and messagingRecommend adaptations based on agent and family feedbackFinancial & Operational ExcellenceOversee agent contracts, commissions, and incentive programsTrack marketing spend and outcomes by regionEnsure CRM (Salesforce) data and documentation is current and completeMaintain audit-ready reporting across all activitiesWhat You BringProven ability to build partnerships and convert activity into enrollmentsStrong sales instinctsyou ask for the business and know how to closeClear, confident communicator across cultures and formatsExperience managing agent networks, client relationships, or B2B accountsComfortable with travel, autonomy, and managing multiple pipelinesData-savvy with experience in CRM systems and performance trackingFluency in English and Spanish, high proficiency in Portuguese preferredAbout EF Education FirstSome companies are in the Business of Technology.
