Timely troubleshoot customer problems during product usage.
Fault Diagnosis & Maintenance:Diagnose NEV failures and assist after-sales teams in repair/debugging.
Technical Training:Conduct regular technical training for dealers/after-sales teams.
Develop training materials and technical documentation.
Job RequirementsEducation: College degree or above in Automotive, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering or related fields.
Work Experience:Minimum 1 year experience in NEV (New Energy Vehicle) or automotive after-sales service.
Candidates with EV technical support/maintenance experience preferred.
Technical Skills:Proficient in NEV core technologies: Battery Management System (BMS), electric drive systems, charging technology.
Skilled in NEV fault diagnosis, maintenance, and debugging processes.
Solid knowledge of electrical/mechanical principles for troubleshooting.
Communication: Strong coordination and communication skills with clients and teams.
Learning Ability: Quick learner with passion for mastering new technologies/products.
