O que você irá fazer

  • His/her goal is to manage qualification KPIs and matrix, being responsible for conducting training sessions for new products launch events and developing PBR Training Center activities and managing training assets.
  • **Tasks****Main Responsibilities****Technical Training**- Maintain required level of technical expertise by participating in PAG training for trainers- Perform Technical Training to Dealer Technicians- Manage / supervise ILT (Instructor Lead Training)- Technical Training to Service Advisors- Overall responsibility for achieving technical training targets and KPIs**Training Management**- Analysis of knowledge level of technicians and service advisors at dealer level, identification of training needs and set up / agreement of short/mid/long term training plans per person- Organization of annual training plan (budget, venue, invitation, participants checking) and reporting- Management of technical training budget- Maintain AS staffs'' training history and results- Plan / maintain availability of training facility and required training vehicles- Develop / source training material (literature, systems, etc.

  • procurement and maintenance- Attendance of PAG Train the Trainer seminars and International Training Conference**AS Personnel Qualification**- ZPT (Certified Porsche Technician) program management: Target/ Training/ Test/ Certificate- PGCS for Service Advisors: Technical area- Web based training (WBT): Learning Path managment for all affected AS personnel- High Voltage Qualification Management**PPN Support**- Management of PPN users and certificates of After Sales personnel- Support & resolve functional PPN problems (operational topics)- PIWIS Tester (PT2G) Hardware, Software & annual fee management: pay to PAG, charge to dealer**Documents / Information Translation & Proof Reading**- Drivers Manual Proof reading / Brazilian version printing & supply to VPC- PPN Translation support & proof reading: to PAG and Agency- Training material, WBT & Theory Test questionnaire translation, proof reading- Service information proof reading**Qualifications**:**Qualifications****Education**- Bachelors Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Automotive )- Automotive Technical Training, Training Organization, High Voltage Expert (HVE)**Experience**- 5 years working experience in Technical Training related fields- Sound knowledge and proven experience in the Automotive Industry (Manufacture Industry knowledge is desirable)**Competencies and skills**:- Solid analytical capacity- Capable of working in a structured way, paying attention to organization and documentation- Clear and confident communications skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to do public presentations- Strong car culture and automotive knowledge- Fluency in English language is required**Contact**:
