  • It focuses on cutting-edge design and technology in the production and sales of passenger vehicles.
  • Responsibilities:Manage after sales business operations; Define and implement after sales standards in collaboration with D&D, including workshop facilities and staff requirements; Visit dealers to certify compliance with Omoda & Jaecoo standards; Negotiate aftersales targets with dealers; Develop and oversee the Mystery Shopper Program; Implement and manage the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI); Develop and manage after sales business reports; Collaborate with the Spare Parts and IT teams to implement spare parts systems; Implement and manage other after sales systems in partnership with IT and dealers.
  • Requirements:At least 6 years of experience with after sales business (such as Spare Parts, Warranty, Training) and specially as after sales consultant; English communication skills (writing, speaking and reading); Experience withafter sales implementation programs and systems; Post graduationis desirable; Power BI knowledge.
  • Location:On-site work in the Morumbi region, 3-4 days per week; Further detailswill be discussed on interview.
