Responsibilities:Handle administrative and judicial social security demands; Analyze and prepare opinions on INSS benefits and own regimes; Assist and advise clients on retirements, reviews, and benefit grants; Monitor legal processes and conduct hearings; Draft petitionsand appeals at all levels.
Requirements:Law degree and active OAB registration; Proven experience in Social Security Law; Updated knowledge of social security legislation and jurisprudence; Client service and negotiation skills; Good oral and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:Postgraduate degree in Social Security Law; Experience withdigital processes and INSS systems; Experience in previdenciary planning.
