If you are passionate about defending the rights of insured individuals and have experience in this area, this position is for you.
Responsibilities:Handling administrative and judicial social security claims; Analyzing and preparing opinions on INSS benefits and own regimes; Providing client guidance on retirements, reviews, and benefit grants; Monitoring legal processes and conducting hearings; Drafting petitions and appeals at all levels.
Requirements:Law degree and active OAB registration; Proven experience in Social Security Law; Updated knowledge of social security legislation and jurisprudence; Client service and negotiation skills; Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:Postgraduate degree in Social Security Law; Experience withdigital processes and INSS systems; Experience in social security planning.
