If you are passionate about defending the rights of insured individuals and have experience in this area, this position is for you.
Responsibilities: Handling administrative and judicial previdenciário claims; Analyzing and preparing opinions on INSS benefits and own regimes; Providing client guidance on retirements, reviews, and benefit grants; Monitoring legal processes and conducting hearings; Drafting petitions and appeals across all levels.
Requirements: Law degree and active OAB registration; Proven experience in Previdenciário Law; Updated knowledge of previdenciário legislation and jurisprudence; Excellent client service and negotiation skills; Strong oral and written communication skills.
Differentials: Postgraduate degree in Previdenciário Law; Experience with digital processes and INSS systems; Previdenciário planning experience.
