If you are passionate about defending the rights of insured individuals and have experience in this area, this position is for you.
Responsibilities:Handling administrative and judicial previdenciário cases; Analyzing and preparing legal opinions on INSS benefits and private regimes; Providing client consultations and guidance on retirements, reviews, and benefit grants; Monitoring caseprogress and conducting hearings; Drafting petitions and appeals across all levels of jurisdiction.
Requirements:Law degree and active OAB registration; Proven experience in Previdenciário Law; Updated knowledge of previdenciário legislation and jurisprudence; Skills in client service and negotiation; Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:Postgraduate degree in Previdenciário Law; Experience withdigital processes and INSS systems; Experience in previdenciário planning.
