  • Responsibilities include:Executing, attending, and monitoring medium and high complexity legal demands, adopting strategies to mitigate risks and prevent litigation; Analyzing the need for fiscal, accounting, and contractual documentation to support judicial and administrative legal demands; Proposing legaltheses to identify tax recovery opportunities or defend against tax assessments; Preparing legaldocuments such as petitions, appeals, statements, and requests in judicial and administrative contexts; Monitoring judicial and administrative judgments and providing oral arguments; Managing tax litigation in both administrative and judicial spheres; Providing legal-tax consultancy, including internal inquiries and assessment of regulatory changes; Conducting tax planning to evaluate opportunities for reducing tax burden or recovering credits through normative authorization or judicial measures; Assessing viability for participation in installment programs and debt reduction benefits; Supporting during audits and inspections; Developing indicators to monitor active and passive tax process scenarios, involving process values and themes; Ensuring renewal and regularization of fiscal compliance certificates.
  • Requirements:Active OAB registration; Postgraduate degree in Tax Law; Solid experience with indirect taxes; Advanced English skills are a plus; Availability towork in a hybrid model in Campinas (3 days/week presencial) or fully remote from other regions in Brazil.
