O que você irá fazer

  • Those majoring in administrative management, engineering construction, or related majors will be given priority, and fluent English skills are essential.

  • JD: Spearhead the day-to-day management of office spaces, environmental conditions, equipment, facilities, and administrative affairs.
  • Assume full accountability for delivering high-quality on-site services, ensuring seamless operations and a conducive work environment.
  • Take charge of the end-to-end management of office-related activities, including leasing negotiations, interior decoration projects, and relocation processes.
  • Proactively anticipate and fulfill the dynamic space requirements of the business, driving operational efficiency and growth.
  • Implement a comprehensive supplier management framework, overseeing daily interactions, conducting in-depth regular evaluations, and performance assessments.
  • Leverage insights from these reviews to enhance service quality, streamline processes, and elevate the overall standard of on-site operations.
  • Lead the annual budget planning process, including formulation, adjustment, and meticulous management of daily administrative expenses.
  • Analyze expenditure patterns with a strategic mindset, identifying opportunities for cost optimization and implementing targeted measures to reduce overheads without compromising service levels.
  • Cultivate and sustain robust communication channels with internal business units and external partners, such as government agencies, property owners, and prominent property management companies.
  • Foster collaborative relationships to facilitate information sharing, address challenges promptly, and drive mutual success.
  • Demonstrate exceptional agility and resourcefulness in handling a diverse range of impromptu and unforeseen issues.
  • Employ innovative problem-solving techniques to resolve situations efficiently, minimizing disruptions and safeguarding the smooth running of operations.
