  • What You'll Do Support Senior Leaders with their agendas, scheduling meetings, aligning time slots with other employees, and generally optimizing their time; Booking flight tickets and accommodations for Senior Leaders and team members; Organize events, in accordance with Wildlife Studio's guidelines, including offsites and office weeks for the team; Organize and prepare expense reports and purchase orders; Order stationery and catering.
  • What You'll Need 2 or more years of experience as Administrative Assistant and/or Facilities Analyst; University degree or equivalent work experience; Advanced level of English; Interest in Gaming is a plus.
