  • ****Primary Purpose of Position**:**Essential Functions**:- Manages LMS content according to guidelines established through Balls Learning Advisory structure.
  • - Maintains a current working knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors to influence Balls adoption and leverage of the system- Creates Training Activities including scheduled instructor-led classes, required documents, and other supported Activity types- Uploads Training Content (SCORM files) to the LMS- Works with Major Content Owners/Subject Matter Experts to maintain and update content- Works with Major Content Owners to define training matrices around which jobs/employees need to be aligned to specific training courses and curricula- Creates training schedules and calendars- Helps define and administer opportunities to leverage auto-enrollment rules- Manages Training Curricula for multiple functions within Corporate, Beverage Packaging, and Aerosol Packaging- Administers measurement and reporting in alignment with established guidelines- Participates in the implementation of SuccessFactors Learning, transfer of content from legacy systems into SuccessFactors, and ongoing releases of SuccessFactors- Serves as the LMS (Learning Management System) Super User- Provides customer support to all Corporate and Packaging LMS users as needed for functional issues- In partnership with HR ITS, maintains liaison with the LMS supplier for product issue escalation, product enhancement requests, and product news such as upcoming release features and schedule- In partnership with the Learning & Development Manager, manages learning vendor relationships and works effectively with this 3rd party network**Professional Qualifications**- Associates degree in Computer Information Systems, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or equivalent knowledge, required; - Experience working with business, IT and HR stakeholders to deliver on the organizations learning priorities; - Experience in a similar or related role in Learning and Development, preferably in a Corporate setting; - Extensive experience with Learning Management Systems (SuccessFactors Learning experience preferred); - Experience assisting with vendor selection and management; - Demonstrated ability to build credibility and collaborative relationships with various stakeholders; - Experience delivering results in a global and matrixed organization highly preferred**Competencies**- Action oriented: Taking on new opportunities and tough challenges with a sense of urgency, high energy, and enthusiasm; - Manages ambiguity: Operating effectively, even when things are not certain or the way forward is not clear; - Collaborates: Building partnerships and working collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives; - Communicates effectively: Developing and delivering multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences; - Interpersonal Intelligence: Relating openly and comfortably with diverse groups of people; - Demonstrated results: Consistently achieving results, even under tough circumstances; - Demonstrates self-awareness: Using a combination of feedback and self-reflection to gain productive insight into personal strengths and weaknesses; - Instills trust: Gaining the confidence and trust of others through honesty, integrity, and authenticity; - Individual who demonstrates passion and enthusiasm for learning and development, and excitement for helping to create a learning organization from the ground up; - Excellent written and verbal communication skills; - Ability to drive results through relationships, leading by influence rather than by position or mandate; - Able to work independently and vi
