O que você irá fazer

  • You will plan and oversee the delivery of all resort activities, staff training and daily supervision.
  • You will ensure all activities are planned, organized and delivered, creating exceptional guest experiences.
  • In this leadership position, you will be expected to problem solve and find solutions for both staff and guests.
  • This is an outdoor position, and you will be expected to be outside daily.
  • Essential Functions: Plan & deliver daily programs for our resort guests of all ages.
  • Lead by example and mentor the activities staff.
  • Oversee daily operations in the absence of the activities manager.
  • Conduct daily safety checks on all resort activity equipment.
  • Ensure all staff are following correct safety measures to create a safe environment for both resort guests and staff.
  • Possess extensive knowledge of activities, resort amenities, and third-party operations.
  • Provide ongoing communication between shifts, with the activities and camps manager, staff, and other resort departments.
  • Assist manager with scheduling, training, and supply inventory.
  • Accountable for daily maintenance of equipment, including tracking inventory of supplies.
  • Other duties as required.
  • Experience/Requirements: Previous supervisory or lead experience.
  • Experience working with children aged 3 to 12 in an outdoor environment preferred.
  • Day camp/summer camp experience preferred.
  • Experience working in the tourism industry in a guest service role is helpful.
  • Water safety knowledge and basic first aid are helpful.
