  • Finance at TRACTIANThe Finance team leads financial planning, analysis, and customer billing, as well as corporate development, including board communications, investor relations, and fundraising.

  • What you'll doAs an Accounts Payable Coordinator focused on payments and balance management, you'll handle daily accounting activities, analysis, reconciliation, payments, and documentation for internal and external needs.
  • ResponsibilitiesExecute and reconcile national and international payments (Brazil).
  • Manage and optimize cash flow by monitoring account balances, forecasting cash needs, and initiating transfers as necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and internal requirements.
  • Prepare reports and monitor all company costs.
  • RequirementsBachelors Degree in Economics, Finance, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Finance and/or Accounting.
  • 1+ years of leadership experience.
  • Proficiency in Excel.
  • Advanced English skills.
  • Comfortable interacting with senior-level internal executives.
  • Bonus PointsExperience with SAP ERP.
  • ERP implementation experience.
  • Experience working with audit documents and processes.
  • Experience with payments in Mexico and the USA.
