  • Finance at TRACTIANThe Finance team handles financial planning, analysis, customer billing, and corporate development activities including board communications, investor relations, and fundraising.
  • We aim to be strategic partners within the company, involved in long-term planning and major decisions.
  • What You'll DoAs an Accounts Payable Analyst, you will manage payments and account balances, perform reconciliations, and ensure proper documentation for internal and external audits.
  • ResponsibilitiesExecute and reconcile national and international payments (Brazil).
  • Manage and optimize cash flow through monitoring account balances, forecasting needs, and initiating transfers.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and internal procedures.
  • Prepare reports and control company costs.
  • RequirementsBachelors Degree in Economics, Finance, Business, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in Finance and/or Accounting.
  • Strong communication, teamwork, quantitative, and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel.
  • Comfortable interacting with senior internal executives.
  • Bonus PointsExperience with SAP ERP.
  • ERP implementation experience.
  • Previous experience with audit documentation and processes.
