  • Ready to Press Play on Potential?Let''s start with the roleWe are looking for an Accounting Analyst to join our #oneTeam in São Paulo.
  • In this role, you will be responsible for performing basic accounting duties such as bookkeeping transactions with specific vendor categories, bank transactions, bank reconciliations, updating account statements, and monitoring vendor balances and relevant accruals by performing monthly reconciliations.
  • As an Accounting Analyst, you will:Perform accounting duties such as bookkeeping for vendor transactions, bank transactions, reconciliations, and updating account statements.
  • Monitor vendor balances and relevant accruals, ensuring accurate monthly reconciliations.
  • Reconcile transactions by comparing and correcting data, maintaining databases through data entry, verification, and backups.
  • Provide accurate reports on the transactions posted.
  • Ensure timely month-end closing.
  • Handle ad hoc requests and participate in projects when requested.
  • What youll bring:Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Accounting or a related field.
  • Relevant financial reporting, accounting, or tax experience in a corporate international environment.
  • Big 4 experience is a plus.
  • Excellent working knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Previous experience in Microsoft Business Central/Navision is a plus.
  • Highly analytical, detail-oriented, with proven ability to develop new ideas and creative solutions.
  • Proficient in English (both written and spoken) to communicate with regional and global stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational, planning, quantitative and problem-solving skills, with both strategic and creative thinking.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines.
