O que você irá fazer

  • **About the Role**:We are looking for an Account Management Intern to join our team in the Americas region, who will support our regional sales team with market assessments, investigations and new business development.
  • This role will be located at our facility in Brazil.
  • **Responsibilities**:- Support in monitoring sales and results / business forecast- Execute rapid market assessments and map current value chain within the region- Partner with Account Managers to support customers needs- Leverage internal resources to support the customer- Handle basic customer inquiries- Work closely with Customer Support, Order to Cash and Regional Leadership on initiatives and strategies**Required Qualifications**:- Currently enrolled in the second or third year of a University course of Administration, Marketing or similar- Advanced in English is required- Able to work from 8 am to 4 pm- Knowledge in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint)- Strong interpersonal skills and analytical profile**Desired Qualifications**:- Prior experience with customer support, sales and marketing preferred- Knowledge of sales funnel and process- Experience with SalesforceWe believe in the strength of a diverse workforce and inclusive work environment.
