O que você irá fazer

  • Your role will be focused on managing Key Accounts in Consumer Electronics.
  • Being responsible for active manage big retailers / manufacture and main sellers in 3P.
  • You will be responsible for using feedback from the merchants to identify opportunities to improve Amazons products, services, processes, systems and tools.

  • Your ResponsibilitiesBe a partner for Key Accounts providing them with -driven insights and advice to optimize their success on AmazonWork closely with sellers, educating them about Amazons high standards of Delivery and Customer ExperienceWork on engagement and adoption on Fulfillment Programs (FBA/SF/DBA).
  • Enable merchants to learn and master Amazon''s tools and systems so they may become self-sufficient in managing their catalog, inventory and performance efficiently and to the required standardsLearn and understand the specificities of your categories to spot trends, seasonal items and competitive pricing to best tailor your pitch and advice to merchantsTrack and report development results, analyze, interpret reports and information for your portfolio of merchantsPrioritize your time optimally to achieve your targets in a KPI-driven environmentSao Paulo, SP, BRA- 6+ months of sales experience
