O que você irá fazer

  • This role will focus on building strong client relationships, supporting engagement strategies, and helping improve the overall VIP experience.
  • Its a great opportunity for someone with account management experience who wants to develop their skills in a dynamic industry.
  • Key Responsibilities:Assist in identifying and onboarding new VIP clients through prospecting and networking.
  • Support the management of VIP client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Help execute engagement and retention strategies to increase player loyalty.
  • Work closely with senior team members to design and implement and improve VIP incentives, promotions, and personalized offers.
  • Monitor key performance metrics such as betting volume, customer acquisition cost (CAC), retention rates, and customer lifetime value (LTV).
  • Assist in preparing reports on VIP performance and account development.
  • Ensure compliance with responsible gaming and company policies.
  • Skills & Qualifications :Experience in account management, sales, or customer service, preferably in the betting or online gaming industry.
  • A wallet or existing player base would be incredibly valuable and sought after.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build client relationships.
  • Basic knowledge of sports betting and online casino market is a plus.
  • Comfortable working with data and reports to understand customer behavior.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Ability to work flexible hours when needed.
