O que você irá fazer

  • In this role, you will ensure that players receive timely, relevant communications for key moments and exclusive opportunities, fostering player loyalty and satisfaction through efficient account management and targeted engagement.
  • We are looking for someone who: Is a native Brazilian speaker with English at a business proficiency level; Is passionate and knowledgeable about sports; Has previous experience in a customer-facing role or account management, ideally in a high-volume environment such as iGaming or similar fields; Has strong organizational and analytical skills to handle a large client portfolio; Is experienced with CRM tools and data-driven outreach; Has exceptional attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
  • What you'll be doing: Portfolio Management: Oversee a vast portfolio of high-value players, ensuring they receive a cohesive, engaging experience through automated and strategic outreach.
  • Bulk Communication: Execute targeted bulk actions to keep players informed of special events, exclusive offers, and key updates based on segmented profiles.
  • Automated Engagement: Utilize tools to schedule personalized messages for specific occasions, such as birthdays, anniversaries, and other milestones.
  • Event Invitations: Coordinate and send exclusive event invitations to relevant players, handling details and ensuring a smooth experience.
  • Daily Account Monitoring: Regularly review accounts to proactively address any issues or trends impacting player engagement.
  • Performance Reporting: Generate and analyze data on account activity, using insights to optimize engagement strategies and report findings to the team.
