  • How you will contribute to our magical experience:The Sr.
  • Analyst, Trade Marketing acts as the Disney training representative throughout Brazil, focusing on the Disney Consumer Products structure.
  • Present our brands, campaigns, content, franchises, products, and launches to Brazilian retail and licensees, ensuring strategic alignment with commercial objectives.
  • Supervise, train, and develop the merchandising operations team, ensuring excellence in market execution and enhancing the visibility and impact of Disney products at points of sale.

  • Analyst, Trade Marketing will be responsible for:1.
  • Expand knowledge of Disney franchises through structured training, incorporating the philosophy and values of the ''Disney way of being,'' and developing training narratives targeted at the commercial, retail, and marketing areas.
  • 2.
  • Empower market professionals, including merchandising promoters, sales force, licensees, retailers, and strategic partners, ensuring a deep understanding of the strength of our business model and value proposition.
  • 3.
  • Supervise the trade marketing agency, the retail execution process, and content creation agencies, ensuring strategic alignment and operational efficiency at all stages.
  • 4.
  • Ensure excellence in retail execution by implementing consistent processes and focusing on the continuous growth of market share.
  • What we need from you to be part of this story:1.
  • At least 3 years of experience in similar roles.
  • 2.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills; dynamic, organized, proactive individual.
  • 3.
  • Advanced level of MS Office Package (Most Important: PowerPoint and Excel).
  • 4.
  • Leadership, Training, and Events experience.
  • 5.
  • Ability to engage through inspiring communications, providing appropriate rationale and context to drive commitment.
  • 6.
  • Effectively persuade others to support ideas and plans.
  • 7.
  • Listen and ask questions to ensure understanding.
  • 8.
  • Graduated in Marketing/Communication/Public Relations/Radio & TV.
