  • How you will contribute to our magical experience? The Sr.
  • Analyst will support the Retail Manager in developing and executing strategic retail projects and promotional campaigns across key regions in Brazil.
  • This role is crucial in expanding Disneys presence in physical and digital retail channels, aligning with category priorities, and providing actionable insights and updates to stakeholders to drive business growth.
  • Responsibilities of the Sr.
  • Analyst, Retail include: Reporting to the Retail Manager overseeing regional retailers and projects.
  • Developing new retail channels, regional chains, and retail campaigns to expand DCP businesses and franchise visibility.
  • Creating retail projects for brick & mortar and digital channels in Brazil''s North, Midwest, and Northeast regions.
  • Implementing the forecasted retail calendar for the fiscal year.
  • Monitoring the development of retail projects.
  • Collaborating with categories to align on priorities.
  • Executing promotional campaigns and retail projects.
  • Maintaining controls and project plans.
  • Engaging with all DCP categories, creative, and marketing teams for information exchange.
  • Securing necessary approvals from the marketing team.
  • Managing primary and secondary retail accounts to develop new commercial opportunities.
  • Preparing reports and updates on retail activities and projects.
  • Ensuring accurate dissemination of information to all stakeholders.
  • Qualifications we are looking for: 34 years of experience in entertainment or licensing industries, with background in product categories and retail environments such as supermarkets.
  • Advanced English proficiency and intermediate Spanish skills.
  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Social Communication.
  • Experience in project management, communication, and publicity.
  • Trade marketing management, including planning and executing in-store strategies.
  • Market analysis skills, utilizing data to understand trends and consumer behavior.
  • KPI management experience, monitoring sell-in, sell-out, market share, and campaign ROI.
  • Negotiation and relationship management skills, with the ability to work effectively with retailers and distributors.
  • Knowledge of merchandising and visual merchandising, including product display and activation at POS.
  • Digital marketing experience, integrating online and offline campaigns.
  • Excellent interpersonal and commercial skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Leadership, sales, and communication abilities.
  • Experience in commercial and trade marketing.
